ADVANCED VIDEO ACCESSORIES FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS

I think most real estate agents have come to the conclusion that video has to be a part of their marketing arsenal and how important it is to their business, so I wanted to take video production to the next level with this post and preview some advanced gadgetry to separate yourself from the masses.

These days consumers are hyper sensitive to your marketing style since everything your offer your clients SHOULD be online and available for them to window shop.  Video usually has a prominent spot on agent’s websites and can shape their opinion of you.  Everything from your home tours, to your video blogs, all the way up to your client testimonials will affect a consumers perception.  So let’s have some fun and check out these tools and how they can improve our production!

This post is not for beginners.  Video doesn’t have to be tough.  It is so easy and inexpensive these days that we recommend just going out and creating some content.  However, after getting comfortable using video most agents I talk to tend to start looking for more. Well, here is your more!

Dana Schatzl

This month’s realtor of the month is Dana Schatzl.  Dana has been a realtor for more than 20 + years.  He has seen the highs and lows in our industry yet he is thriving in today’s market.  When I asked Dana what are some of the keys to his success he was quick to point out that referrals are high on that list.  He works his referral system vigorously and never their underestimates the power.  Dana is in constant contact with his clients – on the phone or online and he is never afraid to ask for a referral.  He has learned that working through the good and the bad times the same philosophy applies; “it’s all in your positive attitude”.  Dana always has an upbeat attitude and loves doing what he is doing.

Dana also brought to my attention that when his office transitioned to a the  SUCCESS! Real Estate brand, that transformation was also a key element to his success.  The SUCCESS! technology & training along with a positive attitude has helped fuel his recent business. Dana is grateful for all the business he has received due to his hard work.  Janice Richmond, managing broker of the Quincy office, shared with me that Dana is one of the first in the office in the morning and one of  the last to leave in the evening .  His ability to share with others and help out when one needs a hand is an amazing part of Dana’s work ethic. Dana is a highly ethical and moral individual.  When I asked Dana about it he says one of the fastest ways to become successful is to help others achieve success.  THIS is what defines who Dana is.  I want to personally thank him for all that he does.
